Tank Farm & Bulk Fuel Storage Protection
Bulk fuel stores, tank farms, refineries and terminals all share as many characteristics as they don’t. The core engineering is generally the same, but the terrain, location and climate is varied, and each setting has its own inherent benefits and risks. It is comforting to know there is a robust, trusted extinguishing system in place to keep you protected, in just about any environment you may find yourself.
Conveyor System Protection
Conveyor Belts have always been a huge fire risk for all and any industries. We cater for any conveyor belt installation whether its on the ground or underground or 100m up in the in the air we will be able to give the best protection for your equipment. We provide point protection as well as complete belt protection.
Transformer Protection
Electrical transformer fires are effectively extinguished with a good Fire Fighting foam, BUT transformers range in size from massive to small, and are sometimes installed on mobile machinery like stackers, reclaimers or draglines.
This is not a problem when you have a super-effective foam extinguishing system that is portable and which can be scaled to just about any size, in order to eliminate your risk.
Materials Handling Plant Protection
With a Protect-O-Burn fire fighting foam system you can fight fires from many different angles simultaneously, and with overwhelming force, irrespective of the state of your water supply and irrespective of your on-site water storage capacity. Plus, our unique fire fighting foam makes it easy to place compact, mobile on-site fire response vehicles for an immediate, cost effective response. Additional ports can be provided to plug Fire Fighting hoses into your moving equipment if necessary.
Copper Mining & SX Plant Protection
Copper mining and solvent extraction plants are known to burn catastrophically and until now it was even believed by some that they were uninsurable. The sheer scale of trying to fight a fire that is spread over several stripping and extraction tanks is where traditional Fire Fighting systems have failed. This is not a problem when you have super- effective, super-sized fire fighting foam extinguishers that can be individually “plugged into” every SX tank in every SX Train on your site.
Generator Plant Protection
No matter where your backup power may be, whether it is the primary power source for your remote mining operation or a secondary power source, we have already protected something similar to it, and we can most certainly protect yours. We can cover multiple units and equipment with one vessel all over your plant.
Railway Storage Protection
When it comes to railway storage and petrochemical distribution, a large surface area will need to be protected against 3 dimensional fire hazards such as trains, trucks and tanks, this could be challenging for most but not for us, with our foam systems we can protect any of these fire hazards from various angels simultaneously without the use of a water source or pumps and all of this can be provided in a compact cost effective system.
